This is an excellent opportunity for a business change expert who has worked within the FMCG arena on large scale projects. You will be working closely with and supporting a category business team to deliver a portfolio of business change initiatives from project initiation through to implementation of launch. You will be responsible for making sure projects are visible, appropriately resourced and prioritised and the project managers are supervised adequately making sure projects are tracked, kept to the time plan and executed with excellence.
Our Ideal Candidate
You will need a strong background working in an FMCG business and have a strong understanding of supply chain management. You will have excellent project management skills with experience in managing large and complex projects and programmes. You will have very strong business acumen gained in a commercial environment. You will have very strong interpersonal and influencing skills and be use to liaising at senior management level. You will have a very motivational, engaging style with the ability to lead from the front. You will be an excellent people manager with a strong coaching style.
